ABOUT

© Mateusz Wiglinzki

Mateusz Wiglinzki (b. 1990, Berlin) is a media artist based between Vienna and Berlin. He studied Theatre, Film and Media at the University of Vienna, completing his MA in 2016.

His practice spans film, photography and cultural production, with a focus since 2017 on experimental and abstract photography. Using analog methods such as film souping, lith printing and chemigrams, he develops alternative visual strategies that challenge conventional image culture and create unique, unrepeatable effects.

Wiglinzki’s work has been shown in numerous exhibitions and publications, including International Festival on Experimental Photography (Barcelona), SPEKTAKEL (Vienna), CITYgalleryVIENNA, and features in Analog Forever Magazine and F-Stop Magazine.

This shop presents a curated selection of his ongoing projects. Current offerings highlight his Abstractograms — a series of experimental works that will be updated and rotated regularly.
